It all starts at your own University

"Take the chance to compete in this fantastic competition where you get the opportunity to really challenge yourself"

How does it work?

If you feel interested in competing, you should definitely do it! To be able to compete in the competition you have to gather a team of four members. Here it can be good to think strategically and gather a team where you have a good group dynamic and where maybe the different team members have different skills/majors and so on. After that, there will be a selection where several teams at each University get the chance to compete against each other in case solving during one day. In the end of the day there will be a winner who gets the honor to represent its home university in the National Competition.

Next possibility to take part of KICC as a competitor will be in fall 2017!

A word from our Project Leader

About Martina and her thoughts:

One of the major things why I applied to Lund University in the first place was the active student life. I have always loved getting involved in projects, working in teams and meeting new people. I knew right after my week as a novice that the union was something I wanted to know more about. All the opportunities there are to learn and build connections, as well as have a great time and meet friends for a lifetime. I soon got involved with Lundaekonomerna, eee2017, and I was blown away. I got to work with a great team which motivated me to continue my involvement within the career leg after the project was over. It made me want to build my own committee and apply all the things I have learnt so far!

What to expect of KICC 2017:

As the new project leader of KPMG International Case Competition I will work for a united concept. Students will not only get to solve cases at one of the biggest case competitions in the world, but feel like a part of a bigger social community. We will put major focus into all parties involved by working closely with KPMG and keeping the students interests in mind. I want case solving to be seen as an opportunity to learn rather than something intimidating. With a close and motivated committee I am sure that we can develop KICC even more and make it extraordinary. So join the challenge!
