
Would you like to walk the Great Wall of China, visit a Belgian brewery, relax on an exotic beach in Bali or perhaps experience Tokyo's intense big city? An international week can include anything from a trip to the Estonian countryside to partying at Amsterdam's coolest night clubs!
LundaEkonomerna receive invitations throughout the year from Business Schools and Universities around the world as part of the International Week network. The aim of the International Weeks is to meet students from different parts of the world to hang out, experience the host country and to exchange cultural experiences. These unique weeks are filled with various social activities and usually consist of company visits, sightseeing, visits to the University, dinners, parties and other exciting actvities.
As a member of LundaEkonomerna, your only expenditure is the tickets back and forth to the host country. LundaEkonomerna pay 30% of the ticket price, but with a maximum of 1500 SEK. Other expenses, such as housing, food and entrance fees is financed by the organizing University.
The only requirements for you to apply is that you study at Lund University and you are a member of LundaEkonomerna. Don´t hesitate to apply! Both Swedish and International students are welcome with their applications!
The application process is as follows:
• Send your CV and a letter of motivation (about half an A4 page) and explain why you would be a great representative of LundaEkonomerna and your interest of the host country.
• After each deadline, you get an answer if you have been nominated as a representative of LundaEkonomerna to the International Week. The application is then forwarded to the host University, including the justification of LundaEkonomerna.
• The host University announces LundaEkonomerna if nominated representatives have been accapted to the International Week. Sometimes more than just one representative have to possibilty to go, depending on availability.
• You get a response from LundaEkonomerna if you have been accepted or not. LundaEkonomerna is in most cases able to send at least one representative.
• If you have been accepted, it's time to plan your trip and book a flight or train ticket to your destination. Do not miss this unique opportunity to explore new exciting places, cities, countries ande cultures and at the same time get to know students from all over the world!

We have the pleasure of inviting you to the Spring Programme 2011, which will be held here in Tokyo, Japan. The purpose of the programme is to introduce our country, Japan, from many different points of view, having people from all over the world to experience the best of our culture, old and new. We are expecting approximately 14 international students to participate, along with the IIR members.
All international students will stay with host families we have arranged, so participants will be able to stay in a fully Japanese environment throughout the programme.
Details:
• Duration: 15 days, among which 3 are free for you to spend with your host family.(It is usual for the host families to take you somewhere for these free days).
• Fees: All programmed activities are free, except for the options we have prepared for some of the evenings, such as Karaoke, clubbing, etc.
• Accommodation: As said above, stay will be with host families, for free, meals included. Since the programme will start on the morning of February 6, we strongly advise you to come the day before. The programme will end on the evening of February 20.

International Week Belgium

The Louvain School of Management has the pleasure to invite you to its International Week which will take place February 6 until February 12 in Louvain-la- Neuve, Belgium. As a student city, Louvain-la-Neuve is well known for its friendly atmosphere and its numerous parties at night.
