The Education Committee is recruiting!

 

The Education Committee is the core operation of LundaEkonomerna student union. We are responsible for monitoring education quality and represent the voice of the student population where they hold a powerful influence on decision making in all areas of the Lund University School of Economics and Management.

We represent ALL students at Lund University School of Economics and Management and are therefore looking for students from ALL areas of studies. We want to represent all nationalities and are encouraging international students to apply.

To qualify for a position we would like you to have read at least 30 credits within the area that you will be representing and have a serious interest in improving your education. So take this chance! Get involved, get valuable experiences and connections and make a change!

· What you are studying at the moment and previous merits

· A short motivation why you should get the position and suggestions on areas you would like to change.

· Representative at the department of Business Administration

· Representative at the department of Economics

· Representative at the department of Economic History

· Representative at the department of Business Law

· Representative at the department of Statistics

· Representative at the department of Informatics

As representative at a department it is your responsibility to attend meetings with the Department board and represent the students’ interests. You will also handle course evaluation by interacting with students and oversee projects within your area of responsibility. Together with the education committee we will discuss problematic areas and projects involving several institutions.

· Representative for master programs and international students

As representative for master programs and international students it is your responsibility to collect opinions from students studying on the graduate level (though not Ph.D. students) and convey these to the appropriate recipient at Lund University School of Economics and Management.

· Projects
