• You can apply for as many positions as you want!
• Don’t worry if you do not have previous experience within LundaEkonomerna, we are always looking for new members.
• Each committee is in charge of their own recruitment process.
• Earlier engagement in LundaEkonomerna is not a requirement.
• The recruitment process of the collegial positions is held in English.
• Because of the added responsibility in holding a collegial position, this recruitment process goes through the Nominations Committee and the General Council, or the Board. Don’t worry though, they don’t bite!

The Treasury Committee consists of two people, a Vice Treasurer and a Member. The committee assists the Treasurer with various tasks related to financial accounting and bookkeeping.

During your second semester as a member of the Treasury Committee you will become Vice Treasurer and a collegial member of Lundaekonomerna. As a Vice Treasurer you will take on a greater responsibility for the unions financial accounting and keep closer contact with the Treasurer. You will also become responsible for recruiting and training the next member of the Committee.

Do you want to a part of something big? KPMG International Case Competition (KICC) is the largest case competition in the world for business students. LundaEkonomerna is now looking for the Project Leader of 2018!

The task of the Project Leader of KPMG Case Competition is to organize the local and national competition in close collaboration with KPMG. LundaEkonomernas Project Leader act as a coordinator for the entire network of the Swedish KPMG Case Competition. The Project Leader also elect the four supporting members in the committee, and work closely together with them for the case competition in mid-autumn ’18. Therefore, having an overall responsibility for the committee’s work as well as providing the other participating schools with information will be key features during the preparation period of this spring and coming autumn. The position entails having a good organizational ability as well motivating the committee members for the common goal. You are an outgoing person, willing to put in time and effort into creating a well-functioning and inspiring case competition. The workload during the event is high, but the planning with KPMG and the committee is relatively evenly spread throughout the period.

Do you feel that the school can improve in some areas? Do you have the urge to make an impact and be a part of the change to help the students at LUSEM? Well, then this position is perfect for you!

Your role as a representative consists of being a link between the students and the school. You will attend board meetings for your institution and represent the interest of the students. You will also be a part of one of our four project groups: UU Educates, Speak Up Days, Visibility Group and Student Agents. UU Educates plan and organize lectures on topics that they feel are lacking in the students education. They usually plan two lectures per semester. The Speak Up Days is our biggest event where we collect the student’s opinions about the education and the survey is our biggest input with students’ opinions. The main Speak Up Days survey occurs every fall semester and this past fall we collected 1000 answers and presented the analyzed data to the institutions. New for this semester is the Speak Up Days – How Are You survey, an additional smaller survey primarily focused on student welfare that will from now on be conducted every spring. The Visibility Group is concerned with marketing our committee and events to help us be seen by even more students! Last but not least, we have the Student Agents. This group has their own “agents” throughout the various courses at LUSEM and hold evaluation meetings with the agents and the professors; this increases our presence immensely as we do not have our own representatives in each course.

We are here to help the students improve their education and the students are often unsure about their rights and how to get their voice heard. This is where YOU come in!

Do you have a big interest in marketing and graphic design? Are you creative, innovate and willing to put in time and effort into an important matter of the daily work in our student union? If so, then you seem to be a perfect match for the position as Graphic Designer of the Marketing Group!

The Marketing Group is the helping hand for all the committees within the union as well as the student body itself. The committee provides marketing services in all shapes and forms. As a Graphic Designer your task will be to create graphic material for the committees within the union. It can be everything from a poster or a banner to a logo or a catalog. The most important is that you are creative, have an open mind and come up with new ideas of how to market for example an event or a banquette. It is good if you know how to use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, but this is not a requirement since LundaEkonomerna is a learning organization. You will also get free access to these programs so don’t worry about that. Be creative in Marketing Group and apply now!

Do you have a big interest in photography? Are you an outgoing person which loves meeting new people and capturing moments? If so, then you seem to be a perfect match for the position as a Photographer of the Marketing Group!

The Marketing Group is the helping hand for all the committees within the union as well as the student body itself. The committee provides marketing services in all shapes and forms. As a Photographer, you will photograph different events, banquettes and lectures for committees and cooperating companies within the union. You will also retouch the photos, it is therefore good if you are familiar with Adobe Lightroom but this is not a requirement since LundaEkonomerna is a learning organization. You don’t have to have your own camera, we have one for you. If you are an outgoing person which makes people relaxed in front of a camera, then apply to be Marketing Group’s new Photographer!
