About being a Staff & Communications Coordinator

The Vieri Project is a project with the mission of thanking all the active members of LundaEkonomerna student union and creating a platform where one could share ideas, knowledge and form new relations across committees. A lot of the events and activities the Vieri project creates is too big for the committee to handle itself, which is why The Vieri Project recruits staffers, the Vieri Angels, to help. As a staff coordinator of The Vieri Project, this is where you come in! If you like coming up with new ways of attracting applicants for staff, thanking them, and can lead a team in the events The Vieri Project will come up with, then this is the position for you!

This position involves a lot of work with people. We’re therefore looking for a sociable person with a genuine interest for human resources and event planning. It is your role to make the staffers feel as appreciated as they are! As responsible for communications and marketing, you will create a vital link between the committee and the active members (the guests of our events). Social media, invitations and film making will be in your hands! Since the committee is small, teamwork skills are essential- there will be a lot of working closely together!

About the Vieri Project

The Vieri Project is a project with the mission of thanking all the active members of LundaEkonomerna and creating a platform where they can share ideas, knowledge and form new relations across committees. The project organises several events throughout the year. These typically include two smaller events, such as a breakfast or afterwork, two Active members days, that consist of a day activity and nightly festivities, and lastly the big Astro Gala. Since the project is fairly new, the organisation and ideas for these events lend themselves perfectly to explore new unique concepts and there is plenty of room for the creativity of the committee.
