Do you want to be a part of planning, organizing and executing an extraordinary ball for the members of LundaEkonomerna in AF-borgen? Then have a close look, because Vinterbalen is looking for the next Project Leader!
To start off, you will recruit 5 committee members that together with you will plan everything about the ball. Come fall, you and the committee will recruit 26 marshals who will aid you at the ball.
As project leader, you will have the overall responsibility and mandate to form the event the way you like. You will be in charge and lead the committee, so characteristics such as being driven, organized and decisive are of highest importance for the role. You have the responsibility to ensure that every committee member’s voice is heard, that the team spirit flows and that they feel supported, guided and helped in their individual tasks. You entail great social skills and the ability to motivate a team towards a common vision, and you are willing to put down the hours necessary in order to get there.
The workload varies from time to time, but will of course peak the weeks before the event in December.
As the Project Leader for Vinterbalen, you will without a doubt develop your leadership and organizational skills, as well as make new friends and memories for life. Your ‘grand finale’ will be the ball, which happens to be one of the most appreciated events within the union!
As a Project Leader, you will also become a member of the Collegium of LundaEkonomerna, where together with the other Project Leaders you will enhance your leadership skills, get support, network and also have the opportunity to impact the Union as a whole.
