Help us keep our spaces booked, our doors open and Skånis in good shape

About being the Quartermaster in the Committee
The Quartermaster is responsible for making sure the committee’s practical needs are met. This includes booking classrooms for meetings and events, arranging LU access for members, and taking care of our yellow castle, Skånis, so it stays in good condition. The role is central to keeping our work running smoothly since it ensures that everyone has the right spaces to meet in, can get where they need to go, and has a functional and welcoming base for committee activities. It suits someone who is organised, attentive to detail, and comfortable keeping track of several ongoing tasks at once.

About the Project
This is a project run by two Project Leaders who work closely together to handle much of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the organisation running smoothly. The focus is on providing practical and logistical support that allows other committees and projects to carry out their activities more effectively. By taking care of essential background tasks, you help strengthen the whole organisation and ensure that events, meetings, and initiatives have the resources and spaces they need.

As part of the Collegium, you will be part of a network of others in similar roles, which provides opportunities to share knowledge and coordinate efforts. You will also enjoy all the benefits of a Project Leader, including access to events, participation in leadership meetings, and the chance to get a mentorship from someone in your relevant field and interests.

The last day to apply is the 31st of May
