Mistakes can create positive power and Pontus offers his best mistakes – and the lessons they led to. He highlights the importance of commitment and how we can work together to increase enthusiasm and trust. \nThe lecture is based on Pontus’ two books Leadership for change – My 79 best mistakes and Management by Joy. He uses real events from his years as CEO and highlights his mistakes.
