Do you want to spearhead a committee solely dedicated towards expanding Lundaekonomerna’s corporate network? Then you might be the next Vice-Project Leader to be Project Leader for Sales Team!
Sales Team is a relatively young committee with that has only been active a few years. The committee’s primary goal is to develop Lundaekonomerna’s entire corporate network by actively contacting new prospect companies and through this connecting Lundaekonomer with potential future employers. Sales Team is also a relatively small committee comprising six members who work closely together, and through its small size and relative age is a very dynamic committee with few boundaries.
As Vice-Project Leader you will work together with the current Project Leader during the spring-term, and following that you will assume the Project Leader position for the committee during the autumn. This is an opportunity for you to both develop skills within leadership, sales and corporate-relations, whilst being given an opportunity to develop Lundekonomernas probably most malleable committee with lots of untapped potential. Together with the Project Leader, you will be responsible for putting together a new committee, setting goals, fulfilling these goals, reporting to the LE-board, leading and shaping the committee in order to make it the most capable and competent group of Sales Coordinators as possible.
Sales Team is also provides a supporting function for other LE-committees that are active in corporate-relations. Sales Team organizes call-sessions, sales-seminars and other events that benefit fellow committees.
As Vice-Project Leader you are a structured, determined and ambitious individual with new ideas and an eye for improvement. You never say no to a challenge and always strive to making the best of a situation. You are comfortable in the role as a leader, value professionalism and fair well in formal situations. You are also a team player, motivating and full of energy!
Recruitment is done through the Corporate Relations Manager and the Board, rather than the Nominations Committee and the General Council. No earlier experience within LE is required, nor is any experience in sales.
