Being involved in your student union is one of the most rewarding and fun experiences you can have in Lund!

Become a Project Leader of LundaEkonomerna!

As a Project Leader for one of our 29 committees, you also become a collegial member. This means that you, above being responsible for you project/ committee also have a position of trust. As a collegial member, you will get a lot of support from other Project Leaders and from The Board. After you are elected you will get a thorough introduction to the Union and to your new role. Every month there is a collegial meeting where all 42 collegial members meet to discuss important matters within the union and to get vital information. One of the greatest tasks of being a collegial member is to spread the information from the Board to your committee. You will also be invited to a lot of different activities such as workshops, teambuilding’s, social gatherings, and a kick- off each semester.

Facts about the recruitment process
• You can apply for as many positions as you want!
• Don’t worry if you do not have previous experience within LundaEkonomerna, we are always looking for new Project Leaders.
• Earlier engagement in LundaEkonomerna is not a requirement.
• The recruitment process of the collegial positions is held in English.
• Because of the added responsibility in holding a collegial position, this recruitment process goes through the Nominations Committee and the General Council, or the Board. Don’t worry though, they don’ bite!!!

We are looking for a new Project Leader for Samday 2019.

Samday is a career event exclusively for Information Systems students at LUSEM. The event combines social and professional interaction with high-end employers through case solving, casual mingle and other activities. The day ends with a banquet for all participating companies and students!

As Project Leader for the Samday committee, your main responsibility will be to recruit, coordinate and lead the committee members through the project. As a Project Leader in the Union, you will also be a Collegial Member. This means that you will take part in the Collegial meetings with all of the other Project Leaders and be a part of evolving the entire Union, in addition to your own committee.

So, if you want to develop your leadership skills by leading next years committee, and have some ideas regarding how to improve the event and make it even better, you should definitely apply to become the new Project Leader!

Do you want to be part of creating a unique active career fair? Are you driven, organized and want to develop your leadership skills? Are you interested in working with companies and making connections for the future? Wait no longer. Corporate Challenge is now recruiting a new Project Leader and that could be you!

Corporate Challenge is Lunds only interactive career fair where students and companies gets to meet, have a lot of fun and form bonds for the future. Every fall over 100 students and 10-14 companies compete for the first price during one day, ending with a big dinner and party.

As Project Leader of Corporate Challenge you are responsible for the committee organizing next years event. You start of with recruiting your group and will then lead their work through the different stages of planning, selling and executing the day during the fall of 2019. We are looking for someone with a broad mindset and talent for structural leadership. As a Project Leader you need to be a good listener but also have the ability to take initiatives and motivate your committee.

As a Project Leader in the Union, you will also be a Collegial Member. This means that you will take part in the Collegial meetings with all of the other Project Leaders and be a part of evolving the entire Union, in addition to your own committee.

Do you want to be part of creating a unique active career fair? Are you driven, organized and want to develop your leadership skills? Are you interested in working with companies and making connections for the future? Wait no longer. Corporate Challenge is now recruiting a new Vice Project Leader and that could be you!

Corporate Challenge is an active career fair arranged in early fall where students are being matched with their dream-companies and during one day meet under more relaxed conditions. The day is filled with activities from early morning until late afternoon, ending with a banquet and after party. Imagine a day where 10-14 participating companies and about 100 participating students meet and through interactive activities get to know each other. How awesome?

Being the Vice Project Leader means that you are, together with the project leader, responsible for a committee of 8 members in total. You and the Project Leader will start off the work by recruiting the rest of the committee members and plan for the execution of the day. However, the main role for the Vice Project Leader is to be Head of Corporate Relations and, together with the Corporate Relations Coordinator of the committee, recruit the participating companies. Important features for this specific positions is to always be organized and be able to efficiently work with the committee towards a common goal.

As Vice Project Leader of Corporate Challenge, you will also be a Collegial Member. This means that you will take part in the Collegial meetings with all of the other Project Leaders and be a part of evolving the entire Union, in addition to your own committee.

Your mentor can help you to improve your CV, your job interview skills and share their best tips in those areas. Besides from meetings with your mentor you will as an adept be invited to our networking evening and get priority to our WILMA-vision lectures twice a year.
