Guidelines and restrictions regarding LundaEkonomerna’s operations

1 Background

Covid-19 has impacted all of the union’s activities and limited our operations. However, for all our events Folkhälsomyndighetens guidelines should be followed. The general advice and guidelines from Folkhälsomyndigheten apply to all union activities.

2 General advice and guidelines from Folkhälsomyndigheten 2.1 General advice for businesses from Folkhälsomyndigheten

• Set up information for members, staff, customers and other visitors
• Mark distances on the floor where queues can form
• Re-furnish or otherwise create space to avoid congestion
• Conduct digital meetings
• Give the opportunity to wash your hands with soap and water and offer hand sanitizer
• Avoid gathering several people, especially in cramped rooms

• Stay home if you feel unwell
• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
• Keep an arm’s length distance from others both indoors and outdoors
• If possible, walk, cycle or use other alternative modes of transport
• Choose a means of transport where you can book a place or one where you can avoid congestion
• Keep a distance from others on the bus, subway, tram and other public transport
• Avoid participating in larger social contexts such as parties, funerals, baptisms, parties or weddings
• Keep a distance from others at sports venues, bathhouses, gyms and avoid changing in public changing rooms

3 LundaEkonomerna’s guidelines and restrictions

When possible meetups and meetings should be hosted digitally. If meetings or other social gatherings can not be hosted digitally the Public Health Authorities (Folkhälsomyndigheten) recommendations should always be followed.
