What is a Coordinator?
The role as a Coordinator comes with responsibility. It requires leadership, time and will. All Coordinator positions are considered active members of Lundaekonomerna for two semesters. When applying, you are applying to a team within the committee. When getting picked, you will recruit the Task Forces of your team.As a Coordinator, you are responsible for delegating tasks, setting strategic goals, and guiding your team in their day-to-day work.
The eeeDays of 2027 is now recruiting 13 coordinators to the committee that in turn will recruit the last members of their teams to start working together to create the largest project within LundaEkonomerna.
You are not supposed to possess deep knowledge of the position you’re interested in, you will get the tools to grow and develop your skills. What matters most is your drive to build professional relationships, represent the project, and elevate the fair to new heights!
About being a Fair Coordinator (1 Coordinator & 3 Task Forces)
As a Fair Coordinator you will oversee every detail of the two-day event. This means that you will plan, organize and visualize everything from scratch and execute it! You’ll handle everything from room layouts to booth design, ensuring a great experience for company representatives and attendors. You will also lead a team and oversee approximately 160 staffers during crucial assembly and take-down of the entire fair. This will be an opportunity to bring your vision to life and rebuild the entire EC into your fair!
We’re seeking a well-organized individual who can manage logistics while maintaining a clear vision. This role also requires strong service orientation and leadership skills as you will be responsible for leading your team of task forces.
About eeeDays
The eeeDays is the largest career fair in the Nordic region for Business, Economics and IT-students – arranged annually by LundaEkonomerna at Lund University School of Economics and Management.
