Human Resources Coordinator for the eeeDays 2027

Do you enjoy recruiting and team building? Are you well-organized with an eye for details? Then Human Relations Coordinator is the position for you!

What is a Coordinator? 

The role as a Coordinator comes with a great responsibility. It requires leadership, time and will. All Coordinator positions are considered active members of Lundaekonomerna for two semesters. When applying, you are applying to a team within the committee. When getting picked, you will recruit the Task Forces of your team. In the specific teams the Coordinator is responsible for delegating tasks, setting up goals and helping their task forces in their daily work.

The eeeDays of 2027 is now recruiting 13 coordinators to the committee that in turn will recruit the last members of their teams to start working together to create the largest project within LundaEkonomerna.

You are not supposed to possess deep knowledge of the position you’re interested in, you will get the tools to grow and develop your skills. But it is important that you have the will to learn and take the fair to new heights! 

About being a HR Coordinator (1 Coordinator & 1 Task Force)

We are looking for someone who loves engaging others as well as being organized. In this role you are playing a vital part in the recruitment of staffers and making sure that everything runs smoothly both before and during the fair. HR recruits around 160 staffers to help the committee during the two-day fair. A lot of what the visitors and exhibitors will remember is the service they were given during the fair. All the staffers need to be competent, ambitious and service-minded and for them to do their very best they need a structured and motivating team leader. Furthermore, you will be planning and coordinating various activities within the committee. Last but certainly not least – the HR team is responsible for the amazing event eeeConnect! eeeDays is looking for you, who can keep calm in stressful situations and wants to make an impact on others.

About the eeeDays

The eeeDays is the largest career fair in the Nordic region for Business, Economics and IT-students – arranged annually by LundaEkonomerna at Lund University School of Economics and Management.
