About the Role as Corporate Relations Coordinator in the International Committee

As a Corporate Relations Coordinator in the International Committee, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with companies and external organizations together with the other Corporate Relations Coordinator.

Your responsibilities include contacting companies for sponsorships, company visits, and seminars, as well as coordinating communication with embassies for the International Festival. You will work closely with the Project Leaders and the Event team to create valuable collaborations and opportunities connected to the committee’s activities.

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, communicative, and interested in sales and relationship-building. You should enjoy networking, presenting ideas, and challenging yourself in professional settings.

The workload varies depending on sponsorship processes, external collaborations, and upcoming events throughout the semester, though the expected time commitment is around 8–10 hours per week.  Please note that Swedish is not a requirement for this role, but fluency in English is necessary.

By taking on this role, you will gain valuable experience in sales, negotiation, and professional networking while becoming part of the International Committee and contributing to the development of international initiatives at LundaEkonomerna.

Please note that this position runs for two semesters.
