About the Role as Student Relations Coordinator in the International Committee
As Student Relations Coordinator in the International Committee, you will be responsible for communication and coordination related to incoming international students.
Your responsibilities include managing communication with exchange students, contributing to the selection process for International Week participants, and coordinating host matching during Lund International Week. You will also serve as the primary contact person for exchange students participating in the Buddy Program.
We are looking for someone who is open-minded, organized, and communicative. You should enjoy connecting with new people, handling administrative tasks, and creating a welcoming and supportive environment for international students.
The workload varies depending on recruitment periods, communication flows, and upcoming events throughout the semester, though the expected time commitment is around 8–10 hours per week. Please note that Swedish is not a requirement for this role, but fluency in English is necessary.
By taking on this role, you will gain valuable experience in coordination, communication, and international student relations while becoming part of the International Committee and contributing to the international student experience at LundaEkonomerna.
Please note that this position runs for one semester.
