The Vieriet committee celebrates LundaEkonomerna’s active members by organizing appreciation events, themed sittnings, and the prestigious Astro Gala, strengthening friendships across the union.
About the Role as Astro xCoordinator in Vieriet
As an Astro Coordinator in Vieriet, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the Astro Gala 2026 together with the other Astro Coordinator and the Astro Project Leader.
Your responsibilities include coordinating logistics, developing event concepts, and contributing to the execution of one of the committee’s largest and most significant events.
We are looking for someone who is creative, collaborative, and skilled at planning and organization. You should enjoy teamwork and be motivated to create memorable experiences for active members within the union.
The workload varies throughout the year, with more intensive work periods leading up to the Astro Gala during the spring semester, though the expected time commitment is around 8–10 hours per week. Please note that Swedish is not a requirement for this role, but fluency in English is necessary.
By taking on this role, you will gain valuable experience in large-scale event coordination and teamwork while becoming part of Vieriet and contributing to one of the union’s major appreciation events.
