Are you innovative, driven and open minded? As our Speakers & Special Projects Coordinator you are responsible for creating, selling and organizing the concept eeeLectures to potential speakers, companies and students of LUSEM and further develop our concept eeeBoosted.
What is a Coordinator?
The role as a Coordinator comes with responsibility. It requires leadership, time and will. All Coordinator positions are considered active members of Lundaekonomerna for two semesters. When applying, you are applying to a team within the committee. When getting picked, you will recruit the Task Forces of your team.As a Coordinator, you are responsible for delegating tasks, setting strategic goals, and guiding your team in their day-to-day work.
The eeeDays of 2027 is now recruiting 13 coordinators to the committee that in turn will recruit the last members of their teams to start working together to create the largest project within LundaEkonomerna.
You are not supposed to possess deep knowledge of the position you’re interested in, you will get the tools to grow and develop your skills. What matters most is your drive to build professional relationships, represent the project, and elevate the fair to new heights!
About being Speakers & Special Projects Coordinator for the eeeDays
As Speakers & Special Projects Coordinator your responsibility will be to develop and create the lectures as well as further develop eeeBoosted which still is a fairly new concept of the eeeDays. Your tasks will consist of inviting and bringing interesting and inspirational speakers to the Fair as well as eeeBoosted. On top of this, structuring the logistics and developing the eeeLecture atmosphere are important building-blocks for you in maximizing the visitors’ experience. Your task is also to contact and invite different start-ups to eeeBoosted.
Your responsibility will be together with the Project Leaders to further develop this concept of eeeBoosted. There’s a lot of room for creativity and innovation, so if you are interested in entrepreneurship don’t hesitate to apply for this role.

About the eeeDays
The eeeDays is the largest career fair in the Nordic region for Business, Economics and IT-students – arranged annually by LundaEkonomerna at Lund University School of Economics and Management.
