About the Corporate Relations Committee
The Corporate Relations Committee aims to be the bridge between the members of LundaEkonomerna and the business world. We host events, such as lunch lectures, office visits and mingles together with our partners or external companies. The events give our members a chance to meet and form connections with their potential future employer.
If you want to get in contact with companies, host events, work with marketing or improve your sales knowledge, then the Corporate Relations Committee is a perfect fit for you. The best part of being a member of CRC is that you get a close connection to different companies and a larger knowledge of how different companies work on a daily basis. Another great part is that you will get new friends, be part of a close knit team and contribute to students so they can get a wider career path.
About Event Coordinator in CRC
Are you a self-motivated, responsible, and driven person? Do you want to build corporate relations? As an event coordinator, you will take on the role of a contact person against external companies.
The main task of the position is to act as the link between LundaEkonomerna and various companies. Unlike the Contact Persons of partner companies, the Event Coordinators oversee events held by many different companies. This has previously included companies such as EF, Centigo, Handelsbanken and Capgemini Invent.
The Event Coordinator is responsible for organizing and hosting corporate events and meeting the company’s expectations. The workload on the position will vary but with an approximate weekly amount of around 8-10 hours. The position requires a good sense of professionalism, a creative and organized mindset, and a wish to take on responsibility. Furthermore, you should possess a service-minded attitude and enjoy planning and executing corporate events while withholding corporate contact. Except for creating their own events, the role also entails helping the other committee members with their events.
Also, you will become part of an amazing committee and have a great time with other ambitious and driven students!
