About the Committee: What is Samday?
Samday is hosted as a case solving day featuring lunches, company presentations, and a mingle. A career event that brings Informatics students together with potential future employers.
The committee consists of a group of students who work hard to create a day everyone can remember, and maybe even look back at as the day they got their dream job.
About the Position: Communications Coordinator
As the Communications Coordinator for Samday, it will be your main responsibility to properly communicate what the Samday concept will include and what the possibilities are for those who participate. You will be responsible for creating and implementing the marketing plan along with a strategy for Samday! Your work includes making posters prior to the event, be active on social media and deliver relevant information to hand out to the students during Samday.
We’re looking for a proactive and creative individual with interest in marketing, a positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. While previous experience with design tools or social media management is a plus, it’s not required, what matters most is your dedication, team spirit, and motivation to make an impact. If you’re excited about contributing to the success of Samday 2026 and shaping how the event is experienced and remembered, we highly encourage you to apply!
