About the Committee: What is Samday?
Samday is hosted as a case solving day featuring lunches, company presentations, and a mingle. A career event that brings Informatics students together with potential future employers.
The committee consists of a group of students who work hard to create a day everyone can remember, and maybe even look back at as the day they got their dream job.
About the Position: Event Coordinator
As an Event Coordinator, your focus will be planning the logistics of SAMDAY, as well as organising the other corporate events the committee hosts, such as lectures, office visits and pop-ups. You will be responsible for designing a memorable and fun afternoon mingle that will leave a lasting impression on both students and company representatives.
While creativity is key, you must also be organized and detail-oriented to ensure that the events flow smoothly from start to finish. You will manage all logistics for the events. Being flexible and adaptable is essential, as things can change quickly during events. If you love planning fun, engaging events, this role is ideal for you.
