As the Hjältemästare, you will be the head responsible for recruiting and managing our Hero Team. During the events you will be taking care of our heroes, delegating tasks, and making sure that everybody has a good time while working. You will also be planning and carrying out events and activities to thank our heroes, such as sittnings, bike parties and other team building activities!
As the hero of heroes, you thrive when connecting with other people and creating a nice atmosphere, so that everyone enjoys themselves when working with Sexmästeriet! This means that you are a social and outgoing person that loves meeting new people.
About Sexmästeriet:
Our committee is the working force behind all of Lundaekonomerna’s big events and it is our job to make sure things run smoothly and that everyone has a good time. In other words; we are the most festive committee of the Union! Leading up to the events, the workload can be quite heavy, especially on the day of the event during which we work longer hours. However in between the events, the workload is lower and it is time for us to celebrate with teambuilding activities such as kick-off, attending sittnings and other fun events! Sexmästeriet consists of eight members who all work very closely with each other, making us all super tight and somewhat of an extra family.
