About being the Mentor Coordinator
As the mentor coordinator you are responsible for all that surrounds the mentors. This includes the recruitment, continuous contact as well as creating wonderful events with the rest of the committee. You will also work closely together with the adept coordinator and match each mentor and adept. This role requires you to be social, enjoying working in teams and organized. You are also expected to participate and engage in WILMA’s general activities, meetings and event planning.
