BIKE PARTY “Back To School”

3, 2, 1.. The Biking Committee is back and more ready than ever. The question remains, are you? 

A warm welcome back to Lund – the city with the fastest, funniest and craziest bike rides ever witnessed! Maybe it is your first time in the city, maybe you are a veteran who can navigate through all one way-streets with closed eyes. No matter what, this ride you do not want to miss! 

With the amazing response from all the previous traditional Bike Parties, the true Biking Committee wants to kick in the new semester with a big BANG. A BANG that means connecting with new friends, creating memories with oldies, and having more than a “lagom” amount of FUN!

The Social Committee happily invites all LundaEkonomer to this year’s edition of the BIKE PARTY! 

It is not over yet… When the Bike Party is finished, all bikers meet at Östgöta Nation (TICKET INCLUDED) for the most epic after-party ever! Dance with your new friends from 22:00 to 02:00 and make it to your best Lund memory!

For those scratching your head wondering what a Bike Party is, it simply works like this:

You will sign up in groups of three people. Together with your group, you will host one course and also bike to two other locations to enjoy either a starter, main course, or dessert. At each location, you and your group will meet up and eat with two other groups – meaning that you and your group will get to know six new people at every location! So to boil it down to some more practical information:

• • You sign up as a team consisting of three people at once (one person per group will sign the whole group up).
  • You and your group must be able to host either a starter, main course, or dessert at a group member’s place.
  • The food served during the Bike Party should be vegetarian.
  • The member of your group hosting must live in the city of Lund (due to practical reasons).
  • Group themes will be assigned in the confirmation email.
  • Spots are limited.
  • Afterparty at Östgöta Nation!!! 
  • Novices VT23 have 24 h prior access to buy tickets.

Price for Bike Party: 100 kr per person, including after-party ticket.

The tickets will release Wednesday, 18th of January at 15.00 in the app Orbi (for novices VT23, 17th of January at 15.00). After signing up you will receive a confirmation email. In this email, you will receive more information about the event, including the theme of your group. Remember that you have to be a member of LundaEkonomerna to attend this event.
