Experience is about recognizing mistakes and Pontus Bodelsson has made many mistakes during his 25 years as CEO of five different companies in change. Mistakes can create positive power and Pontus offers his best mistakes – and the lessons they led to. He highlights the importance of commitment and how we can work together to increase enthusiasm and trust.

The lecture is based on Pontus’ two books Leadership for change – My 79 best mistakes and Management by Joy. He uses real events from his years as CEO and highlights his mistakes. It is a joyful mix of own experiences and wisdom from other business leaders, researchers and thinkers.

Pontus Bodelsson has been CEO since 1998 and is today President and CEO of Karnov Group, listed at Nasdaq, Stockholm. Before Karnov Group he held the same position at Sydsvenskan, Nationalencyklopedin, Helsingborgs Dagblad, the internet research company QuickWise and the advertising agency MOR. Pontus holds a Master of Laws and an Executive MBA from Lund University, and studied change leadership at Harvard Business School.
