CRC Presents: Lunch Lecture with Eletive

Have you ever thought of starting a business? Are you curious about entrepreneurship and the realities of running a start-up? Then you have to sign up to CRC’s first lunch lecture of the year; an inspiring hour with the founders of the employee engagement platform Eletive! Sign up before the 27th of January and secure a free lunch!
The Eletive story started back in 2014 when three friends, two engineers and one psychologist, were discussing organisational behaviour and management theory. They were dissatisfied with the way most organisations work with employee engagement and performance, and determined to find a better, more inclusive way of doing things. Together they developed the Eletive platform, built on scientific research, combining the best of technology with psychology and behavioural science. Fast forward to today, and Eletive is a people success platform, empowering managers and helping employees to thrive all over the world! Today Eletive has around 80 employees and is headquartered in Malmö.
