SEB Investment Challenge 2024

The major success is finally back! Uppsalaekonomerna invites you all to participate in the SEB Investment Challenge 2024!

Join the competition for a chance to win amazing prizes and to settle which university is the best at investing!

A competition between six universities: Uppsala University, Stockholm School of Economics, Stockholm University, KTH, Linköping University and Lund University.

Everyone is welcome to join the competition. Regardless if you’re a pro, beginner or complete newbie, it’s a perfect opportunity to try out what it’s like to invest in stocks, without using your own money!

Choose your favourite three stocks that are listed in the Nordics. The contestant with the highest return between the 19th of February and the 31st of March will take home the grand prize. For those of you who want to compete for extra prizes, there is an option to submit a motivation/analysis of your chosen stocks (more information in the application form).

By entering the competition you will also have the opportunity to attend the final Gasque where the winners will be announced. The Gasque will be held together with all participating universities at Stockholms Nation in Uppsala on the 6th of April.

The application is open until the 16th of February 17:30!!

Main prices based on return:
1st place: 7 500 SEK giftcard & a visit to SEB’s Equity department
2nd place: 3 000 SEK giftcard & a visit to SEB’s Equity department.
3rd place: 1 000 SEK giftcard & a visit to SEB’s Equity department.
4th-10th place: Goodiebags

(OPTIONAL) Stock motivation/analysis, choose at least one stock and write no more than 1 page per stock (PDF). Don’t miss the opportunity to showcase your analytical skills and compete for extra prizes! These include a visit to SEB’s Equity department.
